Neal Broffman

Videographer

Neal Broffman is an Atlanta based Director of Photography, Producer and Editor. While based in London, Rome and then Moscow from 1990 to 1999 for CNN International he covered major stories in more than 40 countries as a videographer and editor/producer, from the 1990 Gulf War to the breakup of the Soviet Union to the first democratic elections in South Africa to the war in Bosnia, from Europe to Asia to the Middle East and Africa. He spent extensive time in Somalia during the UN intervention there and documented the last US helicopters departing that country marking the end of the US military involvement there.
